I’m a wife, mother, and fully qualified INNATE Postpartum Care Practitioner based in Auckland, New Zealand.I offer postpartum care and planning sessions that are thoughtful, practical, and rooted in traditional wisdom.It would be my honour to support you during this special time, mama!
About Me
I am a mother of two who has navigated three very different early postpartum periods.It was after the birth of my daughter that I came to understand the importance of postpartum care. In 2023, I trained as a certified postpartum care practitioner with INNATE Traditions. I learnt skills that are practical and deeply rooted in cross-cultural postpartum traditions.

In-home postpartum care
I offer in-home care that is deeply respectful, nourishing, and supportive of your needs during your postpartum.My work is rooted in postpartum care practices that are essential for healing and thriving:– Warmth

– CommunityWhat takes place at each session varies according to your needs. Here are some examples of what I offer:– Warming, nourishing meals, drinks, and snacks
– Vaginal steaming herbs and setup
– Light massage incorporating herb-infused oils
– Moxa therapy - a Traditional Chinese Medicine warming therapy
– Herbal teas/infusions, peri-bottle and sitz bath setup
– Basic housework - vacuuming, dishes, laundry folding
– Companionship for you! I am here to witness and support you during your postpartum.I am also available to meet you during your pregnancy to see if we are a good fit for each other, and for postpartum planning.
Postpartum planning sessions

A postpartum plan is one of the most valuable things you can create before birth.Together, we will:
Define your postpartum vision based on your family’s needs and values.
Explore the energetics of postpartum and how to honour your body’s recovery.
Discuss the 5 pillars of postpartum care (community, warmth, bodywork, nourishment, and rest).
Identify challenges and create a plan to navigate them.
Sessions are 60-90 minutes long and can take place in-person or online.

A 5-session community course designed to help families prepare for postpartum with confidence.We will explore:
The 5 pillars of postpartum healing
How to create strong support networks
Building a postpartum plan tailored to your family’s needs
Caring for yourself and your baby
