Reclaiming postpartum
Hi, I’m Jessica. I’m a mother, postpartum doula, and educator.I offer education and care that’s practical, thoughtful, and deeply respectful of the early postpartum season. I want every mother to feel nourished, seen, and supported as she recovers and adjusts after birth.I currently offer services online and in Auckland, New Zealand.
Meet Jessica
I’m a mother of two with a strong commitment to walking alongside others during the postpartum period. My interest in postpartum care began in 2019, when I first heard Rachelle Garcia Seliga, founder of INNATE Traditions, speak about the importance of tending to women after birth. In 2023, I trained as an INNATE Postpartum Care Practitioner, learning practical, traditional approaches that honour rest, nourishment, and connection during this time.I now work with mothers in a grounded and thoughtful way, offering the presence and guidance they need as they recover and adjust.

Offerings & Postpartum Care
I offer 1:1 postpartum planning sessions and community education online. My in-home postpartum care services are currently on hold, but if you’re in the Auckland area, reach out as I may still be able to support you in some way.
